Who we are

Albedo Studio is operated by Fares Talbi, a self-employed professional (autónomo) registered in Spain (NIF: Z1627093), providing 360° virtual tour services to businesses and property owners on the Costa Blanca.

Our services

We photograph properties and businesses using 360° camera equipment and publish the resulting virtual tour on a hosting platform (Panoee), on your own website, and/or on Google Street View, as agreed with you before the shoot. Exact pricing depends on the size of the space and is confirmed with you before any booking is finalized.

Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed once we've agreed on the scope of work and price with you, typically over WhatsApp or email. No deposit is required to book — full payment is due on delivery of the completed virtual tour, by bank transfer or another method agreed with you in advance.

Access to the property

You're responsible for providing safe access to the property or business at the agreed time, and for ensuring the space is in the condition you want captured (tidy, staged, lit as desired). We're not responsible for the appearance of a space we weren't asked to adjust.

Delivery and ownership

Once a tour is delivered, you're granted a license to use it for your business (on your website, social media, and Google Business Profile). Albedo Studio retains copyright of the raw imagery and footage. The delivered tour may not be resold or sublicensed to a third party without our prior written consent.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge at any time before the scheduled shoot, with no cancellation fee.

Liability

We take reasonable care in producing an accurate representation of your space, but virtual tours are a visual aid and not a substitute for an in-person visit or professional survey. We're not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of a virtual tour.
